HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel all items by going to the My Orders section in your profile before they have been processed in our warehouses. The processing generally takes place 2 working days. All COD order refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account (to be shared by you) or by store credit while the prepaid orders to be credited in the source account within 15 days in case of online orders.
HOW DO I PLACE A REPLACEMENT REQUEST ON AVSOY?
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Avsoy, you can return the product to us within 7 days from the receipt of the order. Returns/Exchanges are applicable only in the case when the size doesn't fit, wrong order is dispatched or damaged product is received.
- Please note that we only offer returns and exchanges. Refunds, if any will be issued in the form of store credits only.
- To return an order, visit Return/Exchange section in the footer of the website and place the return/exchange request.
- The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED BY AVSOY?
We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:
- If product is out of stock or is discontinued
- Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
- We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if partial order is cancelled or whole. We will contact you if any additional information is required to accept your order.
IF I RECEIVE A WRONG PRODUCT, CAN I GET IT REPLACED?
We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request at Return/Exchange center in the footer of the website.
IF I RECEIVE A PHYSICALLY DAMAGED PRODUCT, CAN I GET IT REPLACED
Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return/replace it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:
- 1. On delivery, check if the product is packed properly, is factory sealed and there is no physical damage to the carton.
- 2. If you are concerned, don't open the product yourself. Get in touch with our customer care for further assistance.
I BOUGHT A PRODUCT BUT IT DOES NOT FIT MY SIZE, CAN I GET IT REPLACED
Yes, You can surely replace the order. For the replacement, you can visit the Return and Exchange center on the website.
I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT
Once you have raised a replacement request, our team will investigate and initiate the replacement process. You will receive an e-mail/sms advising you on the new order confirmation.
